The Role

We're hunting for an exceptionally creative UI/UX Designer who doesn't follow templates or trend-surf. You'll be the creative force behind innovative digital experiences across diverse client projects, from startups to established enterprises. Your designs won't just look beautiful; they'll solve real problems, respect user behavior, and reflect authentic brand identities.

• Mentor junior designers and establish design excellence standards across projects
• Explore emerging design tools and AI-assisted design workflows in Figma to accelerate creativity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (portfolio required)

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles with proven application
• Portfolio showcasing diverse work across multiple niches and industries
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow mapping
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Experience with responsive design and multi-platform design systems
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance aesthetics with usability
