Description
We are hiring a WordPress Developer with expertise in visual builders (Elementor, Divi, Beaver, etc.) to create high-quality, template-based websites efficiently. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to customize work and deliver projects at speed, including advanced custom post types and responsive designs. Knowledge of Shopify and Webflow is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop WordPress websites using visual builders (Elementor, Divi, Beaver, etc.).
- Build 4–5 page websites in 4 hours while maintaining design quality, responsiveness, and performance.
- Customize templates, layouts, and design elements professionally.
- Use AI tools to enhance customization and streamline workflows.
- Implement advanced custom post types for dynamic content management.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading speeds, and SEO best practices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot plugins as needed.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with punctuality and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
- Landing page and conversion-focused design experience.
- Basic SEO and website optimization knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI tools for WordPress customization.
- Knowledge of Shopify and Webflow is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs40,000–Rs60,000/month (performance-based increments).

- 1+ years of WordPress experience (expertise in visual builders like Elementor, Divi, or Beaver is mandatory).
- Proven ability to design and deliver websites rapidly (4-hour target for 5-page sites).

- Experience with advanced custom post types and AI-assisted customization.
- Basic knowledge of hosting, domain setup, and WordPress installation.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
